• For any bookings to pickup within 24hrs, please call us on 0203 384 2076 if you are in the UK. Or on our local numbers in your country.

• All airport pickup bookings are strongly advised to pay in advance using our secure online credit/debit card payment facility if possible.

• Please note babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose

• There is an additional £5 charge if a baby/booster seat is required at your request. The passenger must specify child’s age on comment section on booking form.

• Any additional pick up or set down not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a £5 charge for each additional pickup or set down.

• Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport.

• During airport pickups, the meeting point is by the information desk at the arrivals hall.
  After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 40 mins free waiting time at the designated meeting point. After that £15 per hour will be charged. If the driver cannot see you, he or she has the right to leave and the journey will be considered abandoned.

Please call our office if you cannot locate our driver at the appointed meeting point.

• hummingbird will not charge you for flight delays.

• All prices are quoted per car.

• Our saloon and estate cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers.
  
  Our MPVs (Many people Carrier) are insured for maximum of 6 or 7 Passengers.
  
  We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
  
  Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
  
  Cancellations must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time if your within London postcodes and You are required to inform us 4 hours prior if you from outer areas.
  

• Payment on this site is processed via a secure server.

• A booking/reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone.

• Cancellations informed between 3 and 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £5 cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation informed between 4 to 2 hours prior to the journey will incur 50% of the booking price.

• Cancellation not informed up to 2 hours before pick up time will incur 100% of the booking price

• Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.

• hummingbird  reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.

• Illustrations, photographs and description on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.

• The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office.

• No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with reference number.

• All online "cash bookings" booked 36 hours before the booking date must be reconfirmed prior of 24 hours of the pick up time.
  No car will be send out for the online cash bookings, if we did not received reconfirmation, booked with incorrect information, or passenger who can not contacted at least 6 hours prior of the pick up time.

• Prices on the following dates, 24th December From 15:00 hours to 27th December 06:00 hours and 31st December 16:00 Hours to 2nd Januray 06:00 hours will be charged at 50% higher than normal prices quoted on our web pages.
